Plant-based chef, athlete, activist, adventurer, account manager

I started my health journey in the eyes of social media as a health blogger in 2013. Since, my own passion for health food and fitness has developed greatly and expanded in ways I never would have imagined. This includes adopting a plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle, which has greatly expanded my consciousness of the world. In connecting to a greater sense of what true health is, I now know that it does not end with me, but with us.

This personal development has lended itself to my professional pursuits post Spring 2015 graduation from Virginia Tech, and individual passions helping to shape my ever evolving sense of self.

Nowadays, when I'm not trekking around the D.C./Maryland area as a Vega Account Manager, I'm making bomb plant-based concoctions, getting in some killer workouts, taking pictures of it all and sharing it with the world.

I feel that I am coming full circle with a blog re-launch, so I couldn't be more excited to share my lifestyle eats, activities, adventures and everything in between with you!
